Say the workout you want in plain language. VeloPrompt builds it and drives your smart trainer through it, watt by watt.
You say
“warm up, 30s over/90s off ×6,
15 min zone 2, cool down”
You get
Then you ride it. Previewed before you start and held automatically by the trainer in ERG mode — no dials, no library, no grid of interval builders.
VeloPrompt drives a smart trainer directly over Bluetooth in ERG mode — it sets the resistance so you hold the target watts, second by second, without touching anything. Works with any trainer that speaks standard FTMS.
Every other indoor training app makes you build the session before you can ride it. VeloPrompt lets you just say what you want — typed or spoken — and it turns that into a real structured session. It's that simple!
Manual riding is free forever, and you can ride without an account at all.
Type a session the way you'd say it out loud. VeloPrompt turns it into structured intervals and rides them — the trainer holds every target for you.
Recorded in demo mode — no trainer attached. The workout is generated live; the watts and heart rate are simulated so you can try the app without one.
Type or dictate the session you have in mind and it becomes a real structured workout, scaled to your FTP. Preview and edit it before you start.
"30s @ 400, 90s off ×10"
Hold a target with a warm-up and cool-down. Nudge the whole workout up or down mid-ride without losing its structure.
Just pedal. Adjust watts on the fly whenever you feel like it.
Name a heart-rate band and the power trims itself to keep you inside it. Pair a Bluetooth strap or Apple Watch.
A stepped ramp that estimates your FTP from what you actually rode, then feeds every other mode.
Ask it to look over your recent rides and tell you what's actually been happening — then turn any suggestion into your next ride with one tap.
After each session: power trace, time in zone, normalised power, intensity factor, TSS and kilojoules. If you wear a strap it also keeps heart rate and cadence through the ride, which is what lets the check-in say something more useful than "you rode."
Everything is free during the beta. No card, no limits, nothing to subscribe to. The split below is the plan for launch — beta testers get all of it while the beta runs.

The dividing line: everything that makes the trainer work is free — that's a complete ERG app and it stays that way. Premium is the part where the app remembers you and builds on what you've already ridden.
One thing worth spelling out: you're metered on rides, not on requests. Rewording your request, asking again, and adjusting the blocks it comes back with all cost nothing on any plan — only actually riding a workout counts against your five.
Pricing will be announced before the beta ends, and beta testers will hear it first.
